There has been a lot of doom and gloom lately about the commercial real estate market. Money has dried up because of the credit crunch and the seondary market for commercial mortgage backed securities is virtually non-existent.
In spite of all the doom and gloom, there are commercial real estate transactions occurring in this market according to the attached article by Josh Flory in Knoxville News.
