ULI predicts rough road ahead for the Real Estate industry

The attached post from GlobeSt.com was referred to me by Strong Wall Development from Twitter. If the last few months have been difficult, ULI predicts an even rougher road ahead for 2009. The article by Erika Murphy refers to the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2009 report, published by the Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and compares the current economy to conditions we had back in 1991-1992.
